This pizza is made in northern Italy, an old school of the art of pizza making, which we want to preserve and even spread as it is part of Italian cultural heritage in Japan. Part of this heritage is represented by a historical heritage tomato from 1800 – the Re Fiascone, which was one of the main ingredients – accompanied by mozzarella – on the world-famous Pizza Margherita dedicated to the Queen of Italy in 1889.

In Italy, cultivating mushrooms is a common practice especially in the rural areas and in and around the Alps and Apennine mountains where conditions are ideal to produce prized mushrooms. Mushrooms are popular in the Italian diet and are almost included in daily Italian meals.
The Pizza contains large volumes of 4 different kinds of cheeses. Mozzarella cheese, Edam cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Blue cheese.
Pita can be used to scoop sauces or to contain different foods and vegetables in the manner of sandwiches. In the last 20 years in Japan, we have seen Turkish Kebab cuisine, placed inside the pita bread topped with vegetables and sauce.
